OK people it is Monday night 10:45 pm and Sana and I had an extreamly full and long day today.  It started with us waking up 2 late for breakfast and having to catch a quick bite 2 eat b4 we had to be at the Shrine 2 start a long day of interviews.our firdt interview of the day was NAS now can I tell every1 I did not know how atractive this dude was NAS is poppin skin clear he smells hella good and he is so nice now I can say I was not a big fan of his but after this meeting I am now.

Jury acquitted the singer of all fourteen counts of child pornography.

R. Kelly will not be testifying in his own defense at his child pornography trial in Chicago.  The artist spoke for the first time in court Tuesday when Judge Vincent Gaughan informed him of his right not to testify.  According to the Associated Press, the Grammy-winning singer leaned forward at the defense table with his hands folded and responded: "I decided not to testify." The jury was not present at the time.  Kelly, 41, has pleaded not guilty to charges that he videotaped himself having sex with an underage girl. Both Kelly and the alleged victim, now 23, have denied being on the tape. Also Tuesday, the judge ruled that jurors are allowed to view the sex tape once they begin deliberations. Kelly's lawyers had asked the judge to bar jurors from reviewing the graphic video, saying they worried jurors would overemphasize one piece of evidence. But prosecutors argued the tape is the primary subject of the trial and couldn't be kept from jurors.  Closing arguments are likely to be delivered Thursday.

THIS BOOK IS PUTTING FOLKS ON BLAST

The advanced copy of Terrance Dean’s much anticipated Hiding In Hip Hop book has been sent to several media folks already. And the folks over at Gawker are highlighting some of Dean’s “outings”. The book is also going to talk about Dean’s come up in the industry, his early life, and other important parts of his career. Terrance isn’t naming any actual names directly in this book though, which has been publicized as the guide to who’s secretly gay in the hip hop and entertainment industry. But he is revealing folks in blind item form and in much detail. One example: Dean’s friend “Corey” is a singer-songwriter who was featured on the MTV series The Cut, opened shows for Jay-Z, appeared in a Broadway musical, and then signed with “Eli, a popular multiplatinum rapper, who had just started a label at the time (in the 90s).”  “Eli was a force to be reckoned with. He flew out the gate with his debut album and would become a mainstay in the ever-changing Hip Hop industry, where many rappers are one-hit wonders. He has been hailed as one of the greatest rappers to bless the mic.”  It turns out that Corey has been giving oral sex to Eli (whom Dean describes as “fine as hell”) in Eli’s home studio. “Up until that moment I had never heard anything remotely close about the rapper being gay. Eli was a burgeoning superstar who parlayed his marketability into television and movie credits. He even had a promising clothing line. He was kicked off the island and told he couldn't come back for six months. That's gonna hurt those conjugal visits

A TMZ source was there last night, and witnessed Suge talking to a guy -- and the convo was friendly enough at first. Then it turned. Suge shouted, "I want my money!" Suge then rushed the guy with the help of his posse, and began hitting and kicking him. Get this -- during the fight, Suge put a random guy in a headlock, demanding his cellphone. THE KNOCKOUT: People outside the club broke up the fight, and as the beatee got up, he landed a right hook to Suge's face, knocking him out cold. We're told Knight was out for nearly three minutes. His peeps then rushed him into a nearby SUV. BTW, after Suge woke up, he began yelling for the phone he had just taken from the random guy.

Ne-Yo recently told MTV News that he believes that him and Fabolous might realistically do a Best of Both Worlds type of album in the future. A woman is set to testify at R. Kelly’s upcoming child pornography trial that she had a three-way sexual encounter with Kelly and the allegedly underage girl shown in the video at the heart of the case. The 41-year-old R&B superstar is accused of videotaping himself having sex with a girl estimated to be 13 or 14. He has pleaded not guilty. As part of the case, prosecutors claim to have identified the girl in the videotape. This alleged victim is now in her 20s. Kelly’s lawyers plan to argue — and the alleged victim will reportedly testify — that she is not the girl in the tape. But the prosecution’s new witness could undermine that defense, since she will identify the girl. In addition, the witness is expected to say the girl was underage at the time of their encounter. “She was involved in a threesome with [the girl] and R. Kelly.”



STINKY FEET WHEN WILL YOU LEARN

Foxy Brown really shouldn't be testing the patience of judges. But that's just what she did this morning in Brooklyn. TMZ has learned that a judge just issued a bench warrant for Foxy's arrest minutes ago, after she failed to show for a hearing this AM in Brooklyn Criminal Court. The judge called her late this morning and her defense attorney didn't know where she was and hadn't heard from her. She's facing assault and weapons charges stemming from an incident in which she bashed a Brooklyn woman with a Blackberry
