50 CENT CAN'T SELL HIS CRIB

A judge has just told 50 Cent he can't sell, unload or otherwise get rid of what used to be his $2 million crib in Long Island -- not until they figure out what caused the fire.The rapper has also been ordered to put any insurance money he gets from the toasted house in a trust account until his fight with ex-GF Shaniqua Tompkins is resolved.

Lil Wayne is being sued by businessman LeMarck de Andre for defaulting on payments for his 1999 Bentley Arnage: “My direct observation and experience with Dwayne M. Carter’s financial and personal irresponsibility over the years has taught and demonstrated to me that he has become the new symbol of financial illiteracy and slavery in the 21st century. For a little over 5 years, I have been involved with…Dwayne M. Carter’s high-level of financial illiteracy, lack of liquidity, leveraged acquisition liability accumulation and below zero net-worth; as well as lack of business communication, character, and integrity- all learned behaviors- and the primary reasons for non-payment. Unless and until [he] transforms his personal, business, and financial attitude and adopts new behaviors, these unfortunate behavioral components will equate to future lawsuits, defaults, repossessions, foreclosures, and the making of a great candidate for bankruptcy. Oh my that is hella big words but basically what he is sayin is that weezy is a dumb **** when it comes to his $$$$ and he would want 2 straighten up and fly right before he goes broke.  

DIDDYS CAR GOT A BOO BOO

A guy got passed-out wasted and plowed into a fleet of super-pricey whips in NYC the other night. Too bad for him, that $400,000 Maybach he hit belonged to Diddy! Cops tell TMZ they popped **** Charles Lorenzo for DUI last Friday after he slammed into several cars — including Diddy’s sweet ride — in front Manhattan hotspot 1Oak. Get this — cops say Lorenzo was so drunk when they showed up, he was **** up, passed out face down on the ground. Thanks TMZ

R. Kelly will not be testifying in his own defense at his child pornography trial in Chicago.  The artist spoke for the first time in court Tuesday when Judge Vincent Gaughan informed him of his right not to testify.  According to the Associated Press, the Grammy-winning singer leaned forward at the defense table with his hands folded and responded: "I decided not to testify." The jury was not present at the time.  Kelly, 41, has pleaded not guilty to charges that he videotaped himself having sex with an underage girl. Both Kelly and the alleged victim, now 23, have denied being on the tape. Also Tuesday, the judge ruled that jurors are allowed to view the sex tape once they begin deliberations. Kelly's lawyers had asked the judge to bar jurors from reviewing the graphic video, saying they worried jurors would overemphasize one piece of evidence. But prosecutors argued the tape is the primary subject of the trial and couldn't be kept from jurors.  Closing arguments are likely to be delivered Thursday.

Singer Mashonda is blaming the break-up of her marriage to producer, Swizz Beatz on Alicia Keys. IS REGGIE CHEATING ON KIM WITH THIS WOMAN?

Reggie Bush’s alleged chick on the side won’t sell her story to the tabloids. Najmah Brown is tv producer and quite established in the entertainment industry and also alleged to be Reggie Bush’s chick on the side. Najmah is even reported to have gotten into a catfight with Khloe Kardashian–Reggie’s girlfriend Kim Kardashian’s sister–at a party a few weeks ago. Miss Najmah has been offered a pretty penny by the tabs to dish her whole story to them. It is reported she has turned down the offers–likely due to her wanting to keep her professional credibility in the industry. SUPERHEAD IS AT IT AGIAN YALL

Superhead is at it again now we all know she has a new book about to come out so lets hope this is not a publicity stunt to sale books cuz aint nothing cool about abuse.  SH is accusing her boyfriend Eddie Winslow of Kicking her a** and tryin to run her over with a car peep the report “U have to help me. My boyfriend just tried to run over me with his car. [I] Just made a police report. In August, he placed me in a choke hold at a strip club on my birthday. There’s a report and photos of that. There was another choking I never reported but is now being investigated… He’ll kill me if I go on with this. YES…Eddie Winslow from Family Matters!” I so hope this is not true.

YOUR P**** IS GONNA FALL OFF
