On the heels of Nas’ endorsement with the athletic apparel company Fila comes Soulja Boy’s multi-year contract with Yums Shoes. Through the endorsement deal, he has designed his “own signature Yums Block Star sneakers as well as an apparel line.” Soulja Boy will appear in ads for his line for the company and he will create five Webisodes that will run on the Yums and Soulja Boy’s Web sites. Young Jeezy lands his first Vibe magazine cover. His face will be on the outside and his feelings will be on the inside as Jeezy opens up about his past, his rumored relationship with Keyshia Cole, music and politics. When asked about Keyshia, he said, “To be honest, it was more what she wanted. She was cool and we had a cool friendship. The media made it out to be something crazy. We kicked it. We hung out. Thing is, you can’t be cool with somebody you wanna be cool with [without the media thinking it’s a relationship]…WOW LIKE THAT!
In the article he even goes on to say
"Keyshia asked me to marry her, bought me a ring and everything. She not

P has plans to spend a load of cash on a company that grows NEW SKIN in a test tube, which will then stitch it over his tattooed skin. P says, "It's going to be pricey, it's worth it. I got fire on my arms -- I don't need fire on my arms! I'm a grown man... It's basically like getting a skin graft, but you're not taking skin from your **** or legs -- these guys actually grow the skin for you. irst you have to give them a sample of your skin, which they then replicate. The doctor who operated on Kanye West’s mom right before she died has been nabbed for a DUI. Dr. Jan Adams was driving onto the highway via an off ramp when police noticed his gray Jaguar. He was pulled over and after failing sobriety tests, Adams was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, driving the wrong way and driving on a suspended license. Coincidently, Dr. Jan’s medical license expired at midnight that same day and now he is not allowed to practice medicine in California. HMMMM...like we didn't see that coming...and he has a drinking problem....don't let this man ever operate again!

Kimora Lee Simmons, who filed for divorce in March after 9yrs of marriage-- was granted sole legal and physical custody of daughters Ming Lee, 8, and Aoki Lee, 5, on Tuesday. Russell Simmons
was granted supervised visits with his daughters one week of every
eight, additional time during summer vacation and over the holidays.
Additionally, Russ has been ordered to pay $20,000 a month
per child...do the math, that's $480,000 a year!! He'll have to pay this amount until each of his daughters turns 18. OOOH WEEE!

Well that's what Jermaine says! During an interview with Ryan Seacrest, Janet Jackson was informed about her unknown baby plans. Seacrest told JJ that her man, Jermaine Dupri, said that they were ready to have a child. A very surprised Janet replied, “When did he say that?” JJ was even more surprised when she learned that Dupri revealed to People magazine that they plan to have a baby right after her current world tour, Rock With U. Janet just made fun of the situation without agreeing with the rumored baby-making plans. Hmmm...maybe they should talk these things over before talking them over with the general public...
50 Cent is pretty upset with Taco Bell. The fast food chain announced last week that they wanted 50 to change his name for one day to either 79, 89 or 99 cent like their new value menu and rap an order using his new name. Taco Bell would then give $10K to charity. But 50’s reps told OK Magazine that the whole thing was, “a sleazy and ill-conceived publicity stunt by Taco Bell’s president, Greg Creed, whose disingenuous offer was leaked to the press before it was even presented to 50 Cent’s agent.” 50 added, “When my legal team is finished with them, Taco Bell is going to have a new corporate slogan: ‘We messed with the bull and got the horns!’” AND THE LEGAL DRAMA CONTINUES FOR FIFTY...
Fifty plans to file a defamation suit against his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins. Apparently Tompkins has been saying that it was 50 who was behind the fire that burned down the New York home she was living in. No official Police report has tied 50 to the fire.
A New York judge has granted a restraining order forbidding 50 Cent to come in contact with Shaniqua. She claims that she's been receiving threats from the G-Unit camp and fears for her safety. As a condition of the order, Fifty can't come into physical contact with his 11-year-old son Marquise without court authorization, though they can talk over the phone. Tompkins' attorney, says, "Basically [50 Cent] can't be around Ms. Tompkins, wherever she is, without being court authorized, and he has to refrain from any acts or threats of physical violence that create an unreasonable risk to the health, safety or welfare of Ms. Tompkins. [50] has to surrender, immediately, any known guns to the police and sheriff."
That defamation suit 50 has filed -- in response to Tompkins accusing him of being behind the fire that burned down the house she'd been living in -- was actually filed in Connecticut, not New York.

Naomi Campbell pleaded guilty to assaulting two police officers at London’s Heathrow Airport and has been sentenced to 200 hours of community service. The model must also pay $700 in compensation to the people she assaulted. Is it just me or did she once again get off pretty easy, since she could have been hit with bigger fines and up to six months in jail. She was also charged with six different offenses, including attacking police, verbally abusing airline employees and disorderly conduct. Survey Says...Anger Management NEEDED!
A judge has set a February 17th, 2009 trial date in the lawsuit filed by Brandy's mommy Sonja Norwood against sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and their brother Robert Junior. Norwood claims that the Kardashians racked up $120K in charges on her credit card in 2006 and 2007, when Kim was working as Brandy's stylist and dating Ray J.
Man by the time they get this worked out Mama Norwood will have to pay her lawyers more than what Kim K stole! Hopefully they find her guilty so the Kardshians will have to pick up the tab!
