REMY MA SENTENCED TO EIGHT YEARS!
Remy Ma aka Reminisce Smith has been sentenced to eight years in prison after being found guilty of shooting a woman outside a Manhattan nightclub. 26-year-old Remy was teary eyed when she heard her sentence for assault, weapon possession and attempted coercion. She cried, claiming last summer's shooting was an "accident." Ma faced up to 25 years in prison. Think she'll do the whole eight....I think NOT...Her lawyer is already planning the appeal.
As if this wasn't enough...
Correction officers at Rikers Island say they called off Remy's weekend wedding at the jail after her fiance, rapper Papoose, tried to sneak in a handcuff key! He was kicked off the island and told he couldn't come back for six months. That's really gonna get in the way of those conjugal visits!
