Vivica A. Fox was a no-show at her DUI hearing yesterday, but the judge made it clear to her attorney, he said, "she'd better get booked or else!" And when he said booked he meant fingerprints, mugshot, the works and by December 11th. If she doesn't get booked, the judge said she must appear on that day or he will issue a bench warrant for her arrest.

And if you don't' know the whole story: Fox was arrested on March 20th after passing a marked police car on an L.A. highway going 80 mph in her Escalade at 10:57 PM. According to police, she failed a field sobriety test and her blood alcohol level was "definitely over the .08 legal limit." She then tried to pull the race card on one of the arresting officers, who happened to be black, "Brother help a sister -- are you going to let this racist white cop do this ... well are you?'"

The "Thriller: 25th Anniversary Edition" package will hit stores on February 12th and it will include music videos, rare and unreleased songs, eight bonus tracks and DVD extras.

Lookout for the bonus tracks include a Kanye West remix of "Billie Jean," a new version of "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" featuring Akon and will.i.am, will.i.am remixes of "The Girl Is Mine" and "P.Y.T." PLUS the unreleased "For All Time," a cut from the original "Thriller" recording sessions, newly mixed and mastered by Michael Jackson.

The DVD will include videos for "Thriller," "Beat It," "Billie Jean" and Jackson's breakout performance of "Billie Jean" from the " Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever" 1983 television special.

Originally released Nov. 30, 1982, the Quincy Jones-produced "Thriller" spent 80 weeks in the Top 10 of Billboard's Top 200 albums chart, and has sold more than 27 million copies in the US alone.
