There's a new artist taking control of the Bay Area, and he goes by the name of Chil Will! Born and raised in the area currently popularized by the growth of its Hyphy Movement, Chil Will is focused on diversifying the hip-hop scene there by adding his own flavor of music to the scene! Being no stranger to the game, Chil Will released "The Beginning" in 2003, an album for the streets that fueled a buzz for the newcomer. Showing the edgy effects and raw talent that would transform into a new sensation. In early 2006 Chil Will released his second debut, Game Drastic, a burst from the underground with electrifying beats and snakeskin slick raps, drawing raves from across all seas. Chil Will toured cross country with live interviews and performances on CBS Dothan, Alabama and FOX13 Memphis, Tennessee morning shows. Now becoming one of the first American independent hip-hop artist to receive a distribution deal in Southeast Asia through Broken Records/Mondo Distribution making his CDs available in every Tower Records store in the Philippines. At a time where hip-hop has split and traveled in two different directions, Chil Will is fighting to bring the two extremes back together. Making music that maintains the integrity of the culture, while offering a universal appeal, Chil Will is bringing the art form back to its essence. Now both national and international, Chil Will is going global - and no force on Earth can stop him.
